And finally, the cause of me and Mat's untimely deaths? Yes, that is 99% chocolate we have here. They even printed a warning on the front, which reads "WARNING. This chocolate is EXTREMELY bitter. We highly recommend that you put very little to dissolve in your mouth at a time, and that you eat together with a sweet food." I bought this after coincedentally finding it after Mat and I had a conversation about bitter chocolate earlier in the day, and how he once got drunk on it.
